Manager, Health Plan Technical Delivery

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leading and developing a team of Implementation Analysts
- Partnering in a co-manager model to balance team workload
- Overseeing implementation delivery from intake through production
- Acting as the primary escalation point for complex client and production issues
- Supporting release cycles, including occasional evening or weekend involvement
- Driving improvements across processes, workflows, and tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience working with healthcare data standards, including X12 and HIPAA transactions
- Experience with clearinghouse models, trading partners, and data flow across systems
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, priorities, and escalations
- 3+ years demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing technical teams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- Comfortable handling high-pressure situations and customer escalations with confidence and composure
