Key responsibilities & impact

Managing a portfolio of concurrent projects, typically balancing one or two large, high-impact initiatives alongside smaller efforts
Leading cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, legal, and operations teams
Driving both traditional project efforts (e.g., product launches, migrations) and operational transformation initiatives focused on improving systems and processes
Building structure, reporting, and visibility through tools like Smartsheet, including dashboards and automated workflows
Partnering with stakeholders to align priorities, track progress, and drive outcomes across complex initiatives
Identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and enhance organizational efficiency
Navigating ambiguity and proactively creating clarity in environments with limited documentation or established processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in project or program management within a healthcare, healthcare technology, or broader technical environment
Strong ability to operate in ambiguity and create structure in rapidly evolving situations
Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
Hands-on experience using Smartsheet for project tracking, reporting, dashboards, or automation
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive outcomes across several concurrent initiatives
