About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Leading discovery, defining strategy, and driving roadmaps that strengthen our scalable product platform
Driving execution in ambiguity, maintaining momentum, making sound tradeoffs, and moving work forward decisively
Owning product outcomes, from problem definition through delivery and iteration, for mission‑critical, technically complex products
Shaping the product vision and strategy, setting clear product goals and KPIs
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to deliver innovative solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (MBA, MS, or equivalent)
Over 3 years of product management experience delivering technology‑driven products or platforms
Experience within the healthcare space is highly preferred
Proven experience launching and scaling new tech products in technology, financial services, healthcare technology, or top‑tier consulting, working on enterprise products.
Deep partnership experience with engineering, design, and data, with enough technical fluency to influence architecture, sequencing, and scalability decisions.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and influence senior stakeholders.
