About the role

Requirements

  • 10 years’ experience in managing large (1MM member) health payers
  • 3+ years in a people leadership role
  • deep understanding of the payer landscape of health plans and inter-plan operations
  • BA or BS in any field plus relevant job-related experience, MBA preferred or equivalent business experience
  • ability to define a clear vision and roadmap
  • strong communication and excellent presentation skills
  • financial acumen to drive profitable growth
  • ability to build trust and approach problems from a curious, ready-to-learn perspective
  • proven track record in strong change management
