About the role
- lead and develop a growing team of customer success professionals
- oversee client relationships, drive retention and satisfaction

Requirements
- 10 years’ experience in managing large (1MM member) health payers
- 3+ years in a people leadership role
- deep understanding of the payer landscape of health plans and inter-plan operations
- BA or BS in any field plus relevant job-related experience, MBA preferred or equivalent business experience
- ability to define a clear vision and roadmap
- strong communication and excellent presentation skills
- financial acumen to drive profitable growth
- ability to build trust and approach problems from a curious, ready-to-learn perspective
- proven track record in strong change management
