About the role
- Design and deliver experiences that elevate leadership capabilities and strengthen company culture.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to close capability gaps.
- Lead culture building initiatives and contribute to strategic talent and succession planning efforts.
- Facilitate powerful workshops and team sessions using modern adult learning methodologies.
- Analyze organizational data to recommend meaningful actions.
- Implement and evaluate learning effectiveness measures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Adult Learning, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Organizational Development or Leadership Development roles.
- Expertise in organizational assessments, talent diagnostics, and engagement data analysis.
- Strong ability to translate data into insights and tell a compelling story.
- Track record of creating innovative leadership development experiences.
- Coaching and facilitation strengths.
- Experience in healthcare or technology is a plus.
- Certifications in coaching, OD, change management, or assessment tools preferred.
