About the role
- Support the Provider Data Management product
- Work with internal and/or external departments to resolve payer concerns
- Coordinate business and technical resources between clients and Availity
- Handle incoming support and enhancement request tickets
- Facilitate meetings on operational items
- Create communications and reports for assigned tickets and products
- Review major reporting and documentation deliverables for quality standards
- Help to resolve conflicts and ensure targets are met on client deliverables
- Manage payer team activity for small to medium-sized client projects
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Assist clients with release management as needed
- Provide customer viewpoint of product usability and improvements based on feedback
- Identify opportunities to up-sell clients on other Availity products and services
- Maintain continuous knowledge of project status to identify potential issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer relationship management role
- At least 2 years supporting healthcare, payer, or provider relations
- Strong analysis and research skills, specifically demonstrated in healthcare companies
- Strong client engagement/interaction skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal/written)
- Ability to use discretion and make sound decisions
- Detailed knowledge of product and project management lifecycles
- HIPAA and Availity product knowledge
