About the role

  • Lead the development of a comprehensive analytics and reporting suite
  • Responsible for building data products and business intelligence dashboards
  • Champion for demonstrating value using data-driven insights to articulate ROI
  • Drive a data and analytics roadmap and shepherd initiatives through the product development life cycle
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define and prioritize metrics

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Product Management with analytic/data-driven products within healthcare technology
  • Healthcare background is required
  • Must have 5+ years of experience working with data, data analytics, business intelligence tooling and data visualization
  • Experience creating and executing product roadmaps and leading cross-functional teams to deliver data products
  • Demonstrated expertise in using data to quantify and communicate ROI, value realization, and business impact
  • Technical skills and experience in data analysis (e.g., SQL, python or statistical languages)
  • Familiarity with modern BI tools (eg., Tableau, Power BI, Quicksight)
  • Experience managing customer expectations and gathering user feedback to inform product enhancements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting data-driven insights to executive and customer audiences
  • Experience working in an Agile environment using tools such as Jira and Confluence
