About the role

Focus on the design, development, implementation and support of EDI, electronic commerce, and application integration solutions
Execute and maintain implementation processes and train internal and external stakeholders
Work closely with an Implementation Coordinator to exceed client expectations
Analyze test data to identify root causes, trends, gaps
Research issues, test theories and propose solutions
Work with development to gather requirements and test new features
Mentor other Implementation Analysts and lead internal technical trainings
Serve as Subject Matter Expert for multiple Availity products and features

Strong understanding of the ANSI X12N format including: 837P, 837I, 835, 270/271, 276/277 and 278
Over 2 years of experience in technology (information exchange) and/or the healthcare space
2 years of experience managing complex healthcare technology implementations
Familiarity with APIs
Extremely organized and detail oriented
Ability to take complex concepts and simplify them
Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
Experience gathering requirements: data, functional, business and technical
Thorough understanding of healthcare revenue cycle
