About the role
- Lead and optimize the organization’s cloud infrastructure strategy
- Oversee a team of cloud and infrastructure engineers
- Drive operational excellence and align cloud initiatives with business objectives
- Ensure scalability, security, compliance, and cost efficiency across all environments
- Partner with security teams to maintain adherence to HIPAA, HITRUST, GDPR, and other regulatory standards
- Manage Identity Access Management (IAM), conditional access, and identity governance across cloud and on-prem environments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 7–10 years of experience in cloud infrastructure and operations, with at least 3–5 years in leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation), and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Proven expertise in AWS, Azure or GCP environments, AWS is preferred
- Experience with cloud migration and building support organizations for cloud environments
- Results-oriented, with concrete examples of operational improvements and measurable impact.
