About the role
- represent business needs for engineering teams
- ensure understanding of product functionality and industry use cases
- analyze and clarify requirements, especially edge cases, before development begins
- keep engineers focused on business priorities
- participate in backlog management, standups, and Scrum meetings
- facilitate communication between engineering and business stakeholders
- help resolve implementation challenges and support cross-team collaboration
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience working in a Product Owner position within the healthcare technology space
- strong familiarity with healthcare transactions (X12) and standards: HL7/FHIR
- experience working in Agile/Scrum environment / leading agile ceremonies
- ability to gather technical and functional requirements
- experience writing user stories
- worked in AWS
- strong communication and organization skills
- ability to prioritize and work on concurrent projects
- ability to work independently
- ability to adapt to changing priorities and ambiguity
