Develop, implement, and maintain automation systems using Siemens technologies like TIA Portal and WinCC.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design scalable automation systems.
Ensure integration with IT infrastructure and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5-12 years of hands-on experience in operational technology and industrial automation development.
Expertise with Siemens automation platforms, especially TIA Portal and WinCC.
Proficient in PLC programming languages (e.g., STL, FBD, Ladder Logic) and SCADA/HMI development.
Experience with industrial communication protocols such as OPC UA, MODBUS, and Ethernet/IP.
Familiarity with distributed control systems (DCS) such as DeltaV or Siemens PCS is desirable.
Working knowledge of integration technologies, including RESTful APIs and web services.
Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and Agile development methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of ISA-88 and ISA-95 standards.
Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible).
Experience with data monitoring, logging tools like Prometheus, and messaging systems such as RabbitMQ.
Exposure to AI and digitalization frameworks in OT environments.
