About the role

  • Responsible for overall ownership of the EiPaaS application (Bridgegate) and its environment.
  • Ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of 834 electronic files, provider files, and other items processed through the EiPaaS/Bridgegate application.
  • Maintain enterprise-wide oversight of all Bridgegate workflows.
  • Serve as the operational subject matter expert for electronic file integrations.
  • Ensure that all workflows function reliably to support downstream business processes.
  • Manage end-to-end processing of HIPAA-compliant healthcare EDI transaction sets, including 834 enrollment files.
  • Interpret and implement EDI files in accordance with ANSI ASC X12 standards.
  • Build, configure, and maintain templates for new 834 electronic files as business needs evolve.
  • Support onboarding of new partners and file configurations.
  • Maintain working knowledge of ANSI ASC X12 EDI standards and transaction set structures.
  • Monitor all EiPaaS/Bridgegate workflows, not limited to 834 transactions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all EiPaaS related issues.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, EDI processing, healthcare enrollment, or systems workflow management.
  • 1-2 years of direct experience working with 834 electronic files and understanding of EDI file structures.
  • Experience using Bridgegate or a comparable integration or data workflow platform.
  • Demonstrated experience monitoring automated workflows and resolving production issues.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret data mappings and validate file outputs.
  • Proficiency with Excel and basic data analysis tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • As this role is a remote role, you are required to maintain internet service that allows you to complete your essential job duties without issue. Rates of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload while hardwired and not on a VPN are sufficient.
