About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Content creation: You support the planning, development and editing of relevant image, video and written content for publication across our communication platforms.
Campaign management & analysis: You actively contribute to the organization and execution of campaigns, analyze their performance and work with the team to bring in new ideas to achieve our goals.
Graphic and video editing: You edit images and videos to produce engaging content.
Community management: You interact proactively with our community on all social media platforms and strengthen engagement with our end customers.
Teamwork: You collaborate closely with Marketing and Brand Design to further develop our communication strategy and strengthen the brand across channels.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Studies: You are enrolled as a student for at least one more year (m/f/d) at a university or university of applied sciences and are studying Communication Studies or a comparable program with a focus on corporate communications or public relations.
Social media experience: You are confident with common social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads and YouTube, and have a good sense for digital trends.
Creativity: You have an eye for design and aesthetics and generate creative ideas that you enjoy implementing independently. Ideally, you already have initial experience with Adobe programs (Photoshop or Premiere) or other image and video editing software.
Communication skills: You have excellent editorial skills in German and English and enjoy participating in content creation both in front of and behind the camera.
Independence: You work reliably, in a structured and independent way, but are happy to share and implement ideas within the team.
Team spirit: You look forward to working in a team and contributing new ideas.
