About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for monitoring the implementation schedule, ensuring that activities are being carried out by the departments satisfactorily
Conducting briefing meetings with the condominium manager (síndico) and internal departments
Liaising with condominium management companies to receive information and documents to be forwarded to the relevant departments
Handling of physical and digital documents and forwarding them to the departments
Responsible for the offboarding process of condominiums that have terminated with AP (Auxiliadora Predial), ensuring that all documentation and information are made available
Participation in installation meetings/assemblies (inaugural assemblies)
Preparation of general quotes/budgets for condominium implementations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Undergraduate studies in progress or proven experience in the field
Previous customer service experience
Experience in condominium administration
Experience in demand management and scheduling
