About the role

  • The QA professional at Auxiliadora Predial will play a key role in ensuring technical excellence and user experience across our Digital Channels (web portals and mobile apps) and the robustness of our APIs.
  • Your mission is to work across the entire software lifecycle, from requirements analysis to final acceptance, ensuring that new features and fixes are delivered with the highest quality.
  • Specification Analysis: Understand the business rules for Channels (Web/App) and translate them into test scenarios.
  • Channel Testing: Perform manual, exploratory, and usability testing on Web and Mobile interfaces.
  • API Testing: Validate data integrity and integrations (endpoints, status codes, JSON) using market tools (such as Postman or Insomnia).
  • Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts (E2E and integration) using frameworks like Cypress or Selenium.
  • Data and SQL: Execute database queries to validate test data sets and ensure data integrity.
  • Bug Management: Identify, log, and track defect resolution using test and bug tracking tools.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in agile rituals, proposing improvements to the quality process.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in IT (Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields).
  • SQL: Proficiency in queries for data validation (Essential).
  • Automation: Practical experience or a strong theoretical background in test automation tools.
  • APIs: Hands-on knowledge of service testing (REST/SOAP).
  • Methodologies: Experience working in agile teams (Scrum or Kanban).
  • Artificial Intelligence: Familiarity with and enthusiasm for AI tools to optimize personal productivity, assist in script writing, or analyze scenarios.
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with performance or load testing.
