About the role

  • The Systems Analyst is responsible for developing, proposing, and implementing information technology solutions for business areas, aiming to ensure optimal efficiency and performance of systems, and to provide high-quality support to users across the Auxiliadora Predial Group.
  • Gather requirements and analyze processes together with business areas to propose improvements to existing systems.
  • Serve as the technical focal point between internal teams and software vendors or development teams.
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables by executing functional tests and validating new features.
  • Manage the backlog of tickets and requests, identify root causes of issues, and follow corrections through to final resolution with the user.
  • Extract and analyze data using SQL to support decision-making and generate reports for business areas.
  • Prepare technical documentation and work instructions to keep departmental knowledge up to date.
  • Deliver training to users on new tools or system version updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Systems Analysis, IT, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience in systems analysis and gathering operational requirements.
  • Proficient in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
  • Analytical profile with a focus on problem-solving and user support.
  • Ability to prioritize in a dynamic support environment.

  • Previous experience in the real estate market or condominium administration.
  • Experience with industry-specific ERPs or financial systems.
  • Knowledge of system integration routines and APIs.
