About the role
- Support data collection for workforce planning and monitor the people budget, preparing reports and control spreadsheets.
- Participate in collecting, organizing and validating data for calculating variable compensation.
- Assist in reviewing and organizing documents and regulations related to fixed and total compensation policies.
- Support the update and maintenance of the salary and job structure.
- Compile and consolidate data to create management indicators for the People & Management area.
- Assist in preparing materials and information for managers.
- Support the preparation of training materials and basic information on the methodology for defining and cascading goals.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university degree program
- Previous experience creating reports
- Intermediate knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel
