Operations Coordinator
AuxOperations Coordinator serving as a reliable operational partner for administrative functions in a fast-paced startup environment. Duties include project tracking, document organization, and team coordination.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across stakeholders
- Organize internal documents, records, and operational systems
- Support inbox management and communication coordination when needed
- Track ongoing projects and ensure tasks are moving forward across teams
- Help coordinate priorities between internal stakeholders and leadership
- Assist with process documentation and operational workflows
- Follow up with team members to ensure deliverables stay on track
- Create and improve internal systems for operational efficiency
- Maintain trackers, reporting dashboards, and internal documentation
- Support cross-functional coordination as needed
- Handle ad hoc administrative and operational tasks for leadership
- Assist with research, vendor coordination, and other business support needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years experience in Executive Assistant, Administrative, or Operations roles
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting founders, executives, or startup teams is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, spreadsheets, and productivity tools
