About the role

  • Supporting the FP&A Director (Europe)
  • Cost analysis, budgeting and forecasting
  • Maintain vendor cost schedules
  • Track monthly costs posted in SUN accounting system
  • Regular reviews with departmental heads to ensure costs are in line with expectations
  • Assist the FP&A Director (Europe) with month end P&L and forecast processes

Requirements

  • Numeric degree (partly or fully qualified) or equivalent
  • Finance/accounting background with partial or full CIMA, ACCA or ICAEW qualification (or equivalent)
  • Strong Excel skills including the ability to use lookup formulas and pivot tables
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exposure to the SUN accounting system and/or consolidation and reporting systems (which would be beneficial)
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and highly organised
