About the role
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes and act as the key contact between locations and current payroll provider
- Coordinate payroll and timekeeping systems, ensuring accurate processing of changes (e.g., new hires, terminations, raises)
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, international policies, and support payroll tax audits
- Collaborate with HR, accounting, and auditors, maintaining accurate records and preparing reports
- Oversee global benefits administration, including insurance and pensions
Requirements
- 3+ years of payroll experience
- Solid knowledge of payroll procedures, laws, multi-location payroll, taxes, sick leave, and travel expenses
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, HR, or related field
- CPM certification is a bonus
- Proficiency in payroll software/HRIS (e.g., ADP, Workday)
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, especially Excel
- Fluency in English
