About the role

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes and act as the key contact between locations and current payroll provider
  • Coordinate payroll and timekeeping systems, ensuring accurate processing of changes (e.g., new hires, terminations, raises)
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, international policies, and support payroll tax audits
  • Collaborate with HR, accounting, and auditors, maintaining accurate records and preparing reports
  • Oversee global benefits administration, including insurance and pensions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of payroll experience
  • Solid knowledge of payroll procedures, laws, multi-location payroll, taxes, sick leave, and travel expenses
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, HR, or related field
  • CPM certification is a bonus
  • Proficiency in payroll software/HRIS (e.g., ADP, Workday)
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills, especially Excel
  • Fluency in English
