About the role

  • Define the long-term vision and strategy for how we commercially position and announce our products & solutions, building a scalable and high-impact marketing GTM function.
  • Translate high-level GTM strategy from Product and Sales into execution-ready marketing plans per region, vertical, and product line.
  • Act as the bridge between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Field to ensure a consistent, coherent narrative.
  • Drive commercial product launches from planning through execution, ensuring readiness across teams.
  • Monitor performance of product announcements and adapt based on results.
  • Establish structured methodologies, standardized processes, and frameworks for consistent execution.
  • Lead persona development and commercial competitive positioning intelligence, providing actionable insights to the organization.
  • Lead, coach, and grow the marketing GTM team while fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships with Product, Sales and Marketing.
  • Be the internal and external go-to expert on commercial positioning and commercial competitive landscape of AutoStore solutions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience in B2B technology (ideally SaaS, hardware + software).
  • Proven track record of leading a product marketing organization.
  • Deep experience in positioning, messaging, and commercial GTM execution across multiple regions (global or APAC / EMEA / Americas).
  • Hands-on experience with product launches.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal), with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for commercial audiences.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally, influencing without direct control, and aligning diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to use metrics to guide decisions (e.g. adoption curves, segmentation ROI, win/loss, funnel impact).
