About the role
- Manage complex calendars, prioritize meeting requests, and book internal and external appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and local transportation
- Prepare, submit, and track expense reports on behalf of the CTO
- Serve as a liaison between the CTO and internal/external stakeholders
- Ensure timely responses and follow-up on key action items
- Schedule and coordinate leadership, team, and cross-functional meetings
- Support operational workflows related to product, engineering, and strategic planning
- Help document follow-ups and decisions in recurring team syncs
- Track key dates, milestones, and deliverables relevant to CTO's portfolio
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, or similar role
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 (Calendar, Docs, Excel, Slides)
- Comfortable with Slack, Zoom, and modern remote work tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High discretion and ability to manage confidential information
- Self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail
- Must adhere to internal set controls
- Nice to Have: Experience supporting executive leaders in a technology or SaaS environment
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or other project management tools
