About the role
- Serve as a strategic partner to multiple Account Executives
- Conduct client discovery sessions
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations
- Respond to RFPs
- Lead POCs
- Manage transitions from Sales to Customer Success Organization
- Collaborate with Enterprise Services team
- Engage with large enterprise prospects and clients
- Lead conversations around CI/CD transformation
- Demonstrate product expertise
- Provide technical overviews
Requirements
- 5+ years of presales experience
- Strong understanding of Salesforce development
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of DevOps pipelines (Jenkins, CircleCI, Travis CI, etc.)
- Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals
- Scripting or automation experience (Python, Golang)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
