About the role
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Assist in the development and improvement of processes related to the program supporting government accounts
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to maintain compliance for government program
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget
- Observe day-to-day project activities to ensure that tasks are completed according to the project schedule
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Engineering, Security or related field
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification is a plus but not required
- 3+ years of experience in project management, project coordination, or operations
- Proven track record in managing complex projects with cross-functional teams
- Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Trello, etc.) is preferred.
- Must be a US citizen/permanent resident, and capable of obtaining a Government Security clearance if required and live in and work from the US. Green card holders qualify, but H1B or other work visa holders do not qualify for this role.
