About the role

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for AutoNation dealerships located in Southern California, delivering consistent support and guidance
  • Initiate and build relationships with dealership personnel including General Managers, Finance Managers, Sales Department, and Business Office
  • Actively support dealers through daily interactions and hands-on guidance, reinforcing processes and providing training
  • Assist dealers in navigating the funding process as a liaison between AutoNation Finance and dealerships
  • Drive growth by achieving key performance metrics, including unit goals and deal volume

Requirements

  • 3 years of sales experience in automotive industry
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships
  • Excellent follow-through and organization
  • Confident, professional presentation skills
  • True desire to give outstanding customer service
  • High energy and a positive, “can do” attitude
  • Results focused with a competitive drive
  • Working knowledge of MS office software (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Teams)
