About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for AutoNation dealerships located in Southern California, delivering consistent support and guidance
- Initiate and build relationships with dealership personnel including General Managers, Finance Managers, Sales Department, and Business Office
- Actively support dealers through daily interactions and hands-on guidance, reinforcing processes and providing training
- Assist dealers in navigating the funding process as a liaison between AutoNation Finance and dealerships
- Drive growth by achieving key performance metrics, including unit goals and deal volume
Requirements
- 3 years of sales experience in automotive industry
- Proven ability to build strong relationships
- Excellent follow-through and organization
- Confident, professional presentation skills
- True desire to give outstanding customer service
- High energy and a positive, “can do” attitude
- Results focused with a competitive drive
- Working knowledge of MS office software (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Teams)
