About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the Product team pursuing AI-powered momentum and evolution.

Requirements
What you’ll need- 12+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role in a SaaS environment at the $20M–$100M ARR stage.
- Demonstrated judgment in introducing operational improvements—knowing when to standardize, when to simplify, and when to leave existing practices intact.
- Proven success leading product teams through operational and organizational scaling.
- Demonstrated experience with product lifecycle management, prioritization frameworks, and outcome-based roadmapping.
- Demonstrated understanding of GTM strategies, pricing, packaging, and usage-based monetization, customer onboarding, and lifecycle hooks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—you can rally teams and influence at all levels.
- High EQ and the ability to coach and empower a team while holding high standards.
