About the role

  • Support WooCommerce’s leadership in developing and implementing a Partner Program
  • Identify and assess strategic partnerships that increase the adoption of Woo
  • Negotiate comprehensive partnerships with potential partners
  • Establish and nurture relationships with existing and new key partners
  • Monitor and optimize program performance using analytics

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles
  • Experience in consumer, SMB, and mid-market business models
  • Experience working cross-functionally with legal, engineering, and marketing teams
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and investments is beneficial.
