About the role
- Own product direction and execution for a key part of the payments product area
- Improve merchant and shopper experiences across onboarding, checkout, refunds and disputes
- Raise the quality bar by reducing failures and friction
- Use data, support signals, and merchant feedback to decide what to work on next
- Work closely with priority payments partners like Stripe and PayPal
- Keep stakeholders aligned through clear communication
Requirements
- 7+ years in product roles, with senior IC experience
- 4+ years in payments or fintech
- Strong product judgment
- Comfort working on critical, high-trust systems
- Ability to work deeply with engineers and designers
- Strong analytical habits
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with WooCommerce or WordPress is a plus
