About the role
- Own value propositions and messaging for key customer segments; ensure differentiation is clear and consistent across all surfaces
- Collaborate on packaging strategies and pricing models that align with ICP needs and drive growth
- Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for new features and releases; drive awareness, adoption, and internal readiness
- Create decks, one-pagers, battlecards, FAQs, and enablement materials for Sales and Success teams
- Track the competitive landscape and translate insights into messaging updates, enablement, and strategy adjustments
- Partner with Campaigns, Content, and Growth leaders to build integrated campaigns around product narratives and customer stories
- Gather win/loss insights from Sales and customers to inform positioning and product feedback loops
- Work with Content Marketing to develop and scale customer stories, testimonials, and use cases
- Support onboarding and lifecycle activities that align to product launches and usage milestones
- Contribute to co-marketing initiatives with key internal and external partners
- Initial work: refresh core positioning and messaging, build GTM toolkit for upcoming feature releases, create enablement content, lead win/loss insight gathering, and develop roadmap for scaling case studies
Requirements
- 4-6+ years in product marketing, GTM, or enablement roles in B2B SaaS
- Clear and strategic communicator who can distill complexity into compelling narratives
- AI-native marketer who leverages tools to test messaging, build faster, and scale assets
- Thrive in cross-functional environments with Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing peers
- Understand how product storytelling supports pipeline, conversion, and customer expansion
- Experience building messaging frameworks, positioning docs, and GTM playbooks
- Know how to align product strategy with business goals and marketing execution
- Location: Remote (US/Canada) — must be based in the United States or Canada
- Bonus: Experience in infrastructure, hosting, or developer-first platforms
