About the role
- Partner with our sales account team to demonstrate WooCommerce’s value and technical capabilities
- Own the technical win
- Accelerate onboarding and expansion by supporting Customer Success
- Forecast with discipline
- Collaborate across departments to advance the technical dynamics
- Align closely with the product organization
- Demonstrate and communicate the value and advantages of our platform
- Partner with our account executives
- Collaborate with the sales leadership team

Requirements
- 4+ years of midmarket or enterprise B2B sales engineering or solution architecture experience
- Success co-selling with AEs and collaborating with CS, Professional Services, Product, and Partnerships
- Excellence in discovery and storytelling
- Strong command of consultative and value-based selling skills
- Strong understanding of enterprise software and IT landscapes
- Strong understanding of AI-driven and agentic commerce trends
- Fluency across web architectures, payments, and data/privacy fundamentals
- Developer-level literacy
- Comfortable in a high-growth, builder environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High integrity, ownership, and a team mindset
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Team player with a winner’s mentality
- Highly technical and curious to know, grow, and learn more.
