Key responsibilities & impact

Support in building and operating production-ready AI workflows
Integration of internal data sources and systems (e.g., CRM, reporting)
Development and implementation of automation workflows
Identification and prioritization of processes suitable for automation
Design and optimization of AI agents
Evaluation and prototyping with various LLM models
Team enablement through trainings and workshops
Implementation of GDPR-compliant solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with LLM APIs and automation tools
Strong Python skills
Experience with workflow automation platforms (Make, n8n, Zapier)
Understanding of data architectures
Basic understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, ChromaDB, etc.)
Very good German language skills (C2 level); good English skills are a plus
