About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive new business and revenue growth through strategic prospecting and consultative selling.
  • Managing the full sales cycle – from lead generation to closing and account management.
  • Build ongoing trust-based client relationships by understanding their challenges and solution selling.
  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to deliver seamless implementations, client attraction and success.
  • Manage and maintain your pipeline of opportunities, ensuring forecasts are accurate and up to date.
  • Use data driven insights to shape proposals, solve complex challenges and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven track record of consultative and strategic sales success
  • Full 360 sales experience (Lead generation through to account growth)
  • Ability to balance new business development with account growth
  • Self-motivated and results driven, with excellent time management skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation and commercial acumen
  • Comfortable working remotely while staying highly engaged with colleagues and clients.
  • Proficiency with sales tools such as: HubSpot, Sales Navigator and Apollo.io
  • Keen interest in the Technology sector
  • An understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, confluence, bitbucket)
