About the role
- Drive the execution of marketing strategy across key products, taking real ownership of your channels and campaigns
- Create compelling, high-quality content, including blogs, videos, product guides, emails, community posts, that generates leads and converts
- Plan and deliver organic and paid multi-channel marketing campaigns alongside the product marketing team
- Spot content optimisation opportunities and work with colleagues to make improvements happen
- Own and maintain the marketing campaign calendar for your activities
- Contribute to monthly SEO audits and help keep our search presence sharp
- Help plan and coordinate our presence at key industry events, liaising with internal stakeholders to keep everything on track
- Collaborate with internal marketing, development, product, customer success and management teams to keep campaigns aligned and moving
- Work with external agencies and contractors to deliver on time and to a high standard
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and external partners
- Make the most of your allocated personal development time to grow your skills and work towards your goals
- Take initiative in finding answers — whether that's through internal documentation, asking the right questions or running an experiment
- Bring customer awareness and empathy in every aspect of day-to-day work
- Respect planned deadlines and proactively communicate potential blockers or delays - no surprises
- Help manage the marketing budget for your activities and ensure spend delivers value
Requirements
- A strong educational background: bachelor's degree, vocational qualification (e.g. CIM), or similar
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in a marketing role — or in a hands-on role where you've built transferable marketing skills (content, campaigns, digital, communications).
- A genuine passion for marketing, with the ability to tell stories well and communicate clearly in writing and in person
- Solid knowledge of social media platforms, marketing tools, and techniques
- Experience with SEO and website work (WordPress experience preferred)
- Knowledge of the Atlassian ecosystem and/or hands-on experience with tools like Confluence and Jira
- Experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns in a hands-on role
- Skills in content creation and design tools (Canva Pro, Adobe suite, Figma)
- Experience in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environment
