Key responsibilities & impact

Track and report key revenue metrics, surfacing trends and insights that drive strategic decisions
Build and maintain dashboards that provide leadership with a clear, real-time view of pipeline and performance
Collaborate with executive and sales teams to develop accurate revenue forecasts and projections
Implement corrective actions to address gaps identified through analysis and feedback
Improve existing processes by scaling and streamlining systems
Research and introduce new technologies to support the growth of sales and marketing teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Experience (CX), to align requirements and ensure seamless execution

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong academic background from a top undergraduate program
2 - 3 years of experience in a process-oriented, analytical, or operations-focused role
Proficiency in English (written and verbal) with strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
Hands-on experience with data tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
Familiarity with AI tools and curiosity about applying them to business problems; bonus if you’ve built or deployed an AI-assisted workflow
A strong learning mindset with a “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude, you prefer building working prototypes over writing proposals
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a genuine interest in solving problems that help small businesses succeed
