About the role

  • Are you ready to drive innovation in the automotive industry?
  • AutoLeap empowers shop owners with a cloud-based Shop Management SaaS to manage scheduling, technicians, and invoicing.
  • As Partnerships Manager, you’ll expand AutoLeap’s reach, unlock revenue channels, amplify brand presence, and build long-term strategic partnerships with suppliers, associations, and technology vendors.
  • You’ll identify, pitch, and activate high-value relationships while navigating existing partnerships and new opportunities.
  • You’ll be commercially-minded, relationship-driven, and excited to shape a new function from the ground up.
  • About AutoLeap: market-leading shop management SaaS for auto repair; cloud-based SMS for general repair businesses.
  • AutoLeap raised a $30M Series B in 2023 led by AVP, with Bain Capital Ventures and Threshold as participants.
  • AutoLeap aims to be the de facto choice for shop owners to grow and improve their businesses.
  • We have been recognized as a Great Place to Work since 2021, among other awards.
  • In this role, you’ll: identify and evaluate partnership opportunities; build and manage partner relationships; negotiate terms; represent AutoLeap at events; cross-functional collaboration; stay ahead of industry trends; may support tasks outside day-to-day scope.
  • You’ll work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and other teams to drive integration and alignment.
  • This role may involve occasional travel to industry events.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, ideally in a SaaS or tech-forward company (*Bonus if you’ve worked in or around the automotive aftermarket industry)
  • A strong commercial mindset—you’re driven by growth and opportunity, not just relationship-building
  • A hustler mentality—hungry to learn, eager to deliver, and excited to build something from the ground up
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills—you know how to sell ideas and build trust
  • Organized, resourceful, and comfortable working in ambiguity
