About the role

  • You will take responsibility for all operational and financial processes in Food & Beverage across multiple terminals
  • You manage kitchen and production workflows, food usage, production planning and COGS (cost of goods sold)
  • You analyze KPIs and derive measures to optimize efficiency, quality and costs
  • You continuously develop F&B processes and ensure their standardized implementation
  • You work closely with operations, kitchen, production, service and suppliers
  • You ensure the highest standards of quality, hygiene and safety
  • You lead and develop managers and teams across the entire F&B area
  • You are responsible for inventory management including ordering, inventory counts and cost calculations
  • You consistently implement production and recipe concepts
  • You identify improvement opportunities and sustainably optimize workflows

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or a degree in gastronomy, hospitality, food production or business administration
  • Several years of leadership experience in F&B, production or operations management
  • Deep understanding of inventory management, cost calculations, production processes and COGS (cost of goods sold)
  • Strong analytical and optimization skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong decision-making and execution skills
  • Experience leading multicultural teams
  • Good German and English skills
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
