About the role
- You will take responsibility for all operational and financial processes in Food & Beverage across multiple terminals
- You manage kitchen and production workflows, food usage, production planning and COGS (cost of goods sold)
- You analyze KPIs and derive measures to optimize efficiency, quality and costs
- You continuously develop F&B processes and ensure their standardized implementation
- You work closely with operations, kitchen, production, service and suppliers
- You ensure the highest standards of quality, hygiene and safety
- You lead and develop managers and teams across the entire F&B area
- You are responsible for inventory management including ordering, inventory counts and cost calculations
- You consistently implement production and recipe concepts
- You identify improvement opportunities and sustainably optimize workflows
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or a degree in gastronomy, hospitality, food production or business administration
- Several years of leadership experience in F&B, production or operations management
- Deep understanding of inventory management, cost calculations, production processes and COGS (cost of goods sold)
- Strong analytical and optimization skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong decision-making and execution skills
- Experience leading multicultural teams
- Good German and English skills
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
