About the role

  • Ensure effective and business-optimized staff deployment to guarantee smooth operational processes in the assigned area
  • Contribute to a consistently smooth and careful operation across the bar, kitchen, and service areas within the outlet
  • Organize and supervise production and sales as well as manage product usage
  • Monitor daily cash flow and ensure revenue protection
  • Ensure daily cleaning according to current Food & Safety guidelines
  • Comply with and monitor legal requirements, e.g., regarding hygiene, storage, occupational safety, etc., including documentation obligations (HACCP)
  • Ensure proper maintenance of furnishings, equipment, and facilities
  • Implement the marketing program according to current guidelines
  • Increase customer acquisition and sales figures
  • Continuously optimize the integrated workflow
  • Organize optimal customer service, especially complaint management
  • Ensure proper outlet performance and optimal product presentation
  • Observe occupational safety
  • Maintain good employee relations and conduct ongoing communication with staff
  • Work closely with the General Manager

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in the hotel or hospitality industry or long-standing professional experience
  • Initiative and willingness to learn
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Independent and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
  • Flexibility and willingness to work
  • High self-motivation and team spirit as well as confidence in working with different nationalities
