About the role

  • Ensure effective and business-optimized staff deployment to guarantee smooth operations in the area under supervision
  • Contribute to a consistently smooth and careful operation across bar, kitchen and service areas within the outlet
  • Organize and supervise production and sales and manage food cost and inventory usage
  • Control daily cash handling and ensure secure revenue management
  • Ensure daily cleaning in accordance with current Food & Safety guidelines
  • Comply with and monitor statutory requirements (e.g., hygiene, storage, occupational safety), including documentation obligations (HACCP)
  • Ensure proper maintenance of furnishings, equipment and fixtures
  • Implement the marketing program according to current guidelines
  • Increase customer acquisition and sales figures
  • Continuously optimize the integrated workflow
  • Organize optimal customer service, with a focus on complaint management
  • Ensure proper outlet performance and optimal merchandise presentation
  • Adhere to occupational health and safety regulations
  • Maintain good employee relations and conduct continuous communication with team members
  • Work closely with the General Manager

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in the hotel or catering industry or several years of professional experience
  • Initiative and willingness to learn
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Responsible and entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting
  • Flexibility and commitment
  • High self-motivation, team spirit and confidence in working with people of different nationalities
