• Ensure guest satisfaction and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain quality standards and implement prescribed concepts
• Lead and supervise junior staff in accordance with leadership standards
• Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales per guest/ticket, cost of sales, productivity, and act accordingly to drive financial performance
