About the role
- Discover and attract talent: You will independently recruit new colleagues for our foodservice operations — from job posting to hiring — using our central recruiting tool
- Participate in interviews: After a thorough onboarding, you will conduct interviews independently and persuade suitable candidates of our company
- Keep organizational oversight: You will maintain an overview of all ongoing interviews and manage scheduling independently and proactively
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable field
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team orientation
- A structured way of working
- Very good German and ideally good English skills
- A good instinct for people and an interest in HR processes
- Confident use of common Office applications
