Key responsibilities & impact

Define and drive the architectural strategy, ensuring systems are built for long-term performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Lead complex, cross-functional system design initiatives, covering real-time workflows, large-scale data processing, and distributed services.
Establish and enforce engineering standards and best practices across development teams.
Lead, mentor, and foster continuous growth for a group of full-stack engineers.
Drive strategic organizational scaling through active involvement in the hiring process.
Collaborate closely with Product Management and Business teams to define technical roadmaps and strategy.
Oversee the successful end-to-end delivery of large, complex, and cross-team initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in engineering management, including managing team leads or senior engineers.
10+ years of professional software development experience.
Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale, cross-team technical initiatives.
Proficient background in javascript/typescript, and strong knowledge in Node.
Experience in React- an advantage.
Proven track record leading teams that design, scale, and operate distributed, high-performance systems in complex production environments.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex, abstract business challenges into clear technical direction, scalable architecture, and execution plans delivered through engineering teams.
