About the role
- Responsibility for the smooth running of day-to-day operations
- Monitoring and careful checking of all processes in operational purchasing
- Communication with our suppliers and customers by phone and email
- Handling customer and supplier queries, such as ensuring hassle-free returns processes, processing credit notes and refunds, checking order statuses, processing cancellations, etc.
- Ensuring on-time supply of the end customer by our suppliers
Requirements
- Degree in Commerce / Economics and first professional experience in operational purchasing and an interest in IT topics is desirable
- High level of analytical thinking, organisational and excellent communication skills
- Service- and customer-oriented, the ability to provide the best solutions
- Conscientiousness, effectiveness and reliability
- Fluent Russian and intermediate English skills; knowledge of German is a plus
