About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive new business and expansion business in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, and Owner accounts
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual financial and business objectives
  • Prospect into and expand existing accounts
  • Manage account renewals with a focus on expansion
  • Create, maintain, and grow an opportunity pipeline within accounts
  • Use activity and call planning to drive week-over-week results
  • Document and follow up in the sales system, moving opportunities through stages to closed/won
  • Translate customer challenges and opportunities into unique value and identify positive business outcomes
  • Manage accounts through the entire sales process and coordinate post-sale customer success engagement
  • Conduct business development, prospecting, specifications, contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support at customer locations
  • Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts
  • Collaborate with channel partners to increase new revenue and expand current customers
  • Negotiate deals and contracts with contacts at all account levels, including executive and C-level
  • Act as a trusted adviser and identify win/win situations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time within the assigned territory
  • Previous SaaS sales experience preferred
