About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the development and execution of partner strategies that contribute to revenue growth, market coverage, and customer success
  • Manage a portfolio of mid-sized partners in EMEA
  • Help partners build sales effectiveness, improve execution, and align with business priorities
  • Work closely with inside sales, marketing, enablement, operations, and product teams to ensure consistent execution of partner-led initiatives
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to meet sales targets
  • Build trust-based relationships with partner leadership and sales teams
  • Provide guidance, training, and resources to help partners improve technical and sales competencies
  • Coordinate joint account planning, opportunity development, customer engagements, and marketing activities with partners
  • Monitor partner KPIs and identify performance gaps
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to support partner-related initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-5 years of experience in Saas, preferably in partner sales
  • Strong command of English
  • Any additional European language is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Relationship-building skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Experience in a related industry (e.g. AECO, Manufacturing, Fusion) is useful but not mandatory
  • Sales background
  • Network of partners working with complementary or competitive solutions
  • AI skills beyond re-writing emails
  • Experience in scaling messaging through webinars, trainings, campaigns, etc.
