About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple concurrent global channel programs
Translate strategic concepts into scalable global processes
Partner closely with Channel Strategy, Centers of Excellence, Geo and Regional teams, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations
Influence stakeholders across functions, geographies, and organizational levels
Monitor program performance and evaluate effectiveness
Lead program design and implementation by developing rollout plans
Develop and maintain program governance
Apply formal project management and governance practices
Facilitate worldwide meetings across multiple time zones

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–7+ years of experience leading global or multi-regional program management initiatives
Strong stakeholder management skills
Experience translating strategic objectives into scalable operational programs
Strong project management, governance, and change management capabilities
Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience developing executive presentations, program documentation, communications, and training materials
Ability to work independently and prioritize initiatives
Strategic and creative thinker with advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Airtable, Teams, and Zoom
BA/BS degree
