Technical Adoption Specialist – Autodesk Build, Construction Operations
AutodeskTechnical Adoption Specialist in Autodesk helping customers maximize product investment through coaching and support. Focused on enhancing adoption of Autodesk solutions for strategic customers.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver product, and workflow coaching sessions that help strategic customers adopt Autodesk solutions
- Conduct coaching discovery calls to understand customer workflows, adoption barriers, learning needs, and desired outcomes
- Act as a technical trusted advisor to customers, demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise
- Develop, update, and maintain enablement content, learning resources, and digital assets
- Lead live coaching and scalable group enablement sessions (1:many) for end users
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced knowledge of Architectural, Construction and Engineering industry needs and workflows
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Architectural, Construction, or related engineering
- Expert knowledge of Autodesk Build, Pype, Autospecs, and Forma
- Data management in a production environment
- 5 – 6 years Construction or related field experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to be agile and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English
- Experience training others or creating learning collateral
