About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Providing reliable and expert guidance to employees
- Anticipating the needs of employees
- Personalizing employee experience
- Offering coaching, facilitation, and advisory practices
- Collaborating with managers and teams throughout the employment cycle
- Advising on team effectiveness, engagement, career development, termination, and performance management
- Partnering with COE and Business teams for program design and deployment
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8 + years relevant experience
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience
- Fluent in German and English
- HR professional with proven experience partnering with all levels incl. Sr. Leaders, managers and employees throughout the entire employment cycle
- Skilled in coaching and facilitation
- Subject matter expertise in local employment laws and practices, employee relations, compensation and benefits, etc
- Strong advocate of Company culture and values
- Previous experience in a multinational matrix organization is preferred
- Certifications such as MBTI, Strength Finder, Coaching is a plus
