  • Cross Functional Leadership: Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to deliver integrated solutions at scale

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 12+ years of experience in partner management, sales, business development, or strategic account management within a complex B2B or technology environment
  • Proven experience leading enterprise level partner strategies and executive stakeholder engagements
  • Demonstrated success managing global or multi regional partner ecosystems
  • Experience influencing cross functional and senior leadership without direct authority
  • Enterprise level strategic relationship management and ecosystem leadership
  • Expert business acumen and partner strategy development
  • Advanced data driven decision making and performance analysis
  • Executive level communication, influence, and stakeholder management
  • Strategic use and influence of CRM platforms and Autodesk systems
  • Strong empathy and collaboration across global teams and cultures
