About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with sales and cross-functional marketing teams to plan and execute regional marketing programs and events aligned with business priorities and growth opportunities in North America.
- Create and manage multichannel demand generation through digital campaigns, webinars, Autodesk- and third-party–hosted live events, and emerging channels where appropriate to drive account engagement and generate measurable pipeline.
- Localize global campaigns, content, and marketing priorities into regionally relevant programs that can be deployed across territories and customer segments in North America.
- Develop campaign messaging, presentations, customer-facing assets, and sales enablement materials that support marketing programs and customer engagement.
- Use engagement data, performance analytics, marketing automation, and AI-based tools to optimize targeting, improve conversion, and maximize overall efficiency.
- Monitor and report program performance, including engagement, pipeline contribution, and conversion metrics, and implement improvement plans.
- Partner with partner marketing, campaign development, content creation, marketing operations, and analytics teams to improve execution, expand campaign coverage and customer reach, and increase pipeline visibility.
- Help scale high-performing programs by improving workflows, standardizing best practices, and supporting operational efficiency across geographies, regions, and territories.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS field marketing, demand generation, campaign orchestration, or account-based marketing.
- Strong understanding of customer engagement strategy, pipeline acceleration, and account-based marketing initiatives.
- Experience designing and executing integrated demand generation and lead-nurturing programs across digital and field channels.
- Experience using marketing automation platforms, CRM, intent and engagement analytics such as 6sense, Salesforce, Marketo, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Allocadia, and AI-based marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting performance metrics related to engagement, pipeline, conversion, and campaigns.
- Experience leveraging engagement data and insights to optimize targeting and campaign performance.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder-management skills, with experience working effectively across sales, marketing, operations, and partner teams in a matrixed organization.
- Ability to balance independent strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating presentations, campaign messaging, and executive-level materials.
