Own delivery of developer productivity platforms: Define and execute roadmaps

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience managing software engineers
8+ years total experience in software engineering
Strong hands-on background in backend, platform, or systems engineering
Experience building internal developer tools or productivity platforms
Practical experience applying AI/ML or LLM-based systems to engineering workflows
Strong systems thinking and ability to work across ambiguous problem spaces
Strong written/spoken communication; stakeholder management; ability to translate business goals into engineering outcomes.
